Oral Presentations

• Oral presentation format is PowerPoint.
• Oral presentation time will be 10 minutes plus 2 minutes of discussion for the scientific sessions, and 2 minutes without discussion for the poster presentations.

Posters

• Poster size is A0 (height: 120 cm, width 90 cm). Poster format is portrait (that means the narrow side is on top).
• Posters must be put up in the “Brahmszimmer” between 7-11am on Wednesday for Poster Session 1, 7-9 am on Thursday for Poster Session 2, and 7-9 am on Friday for Poster Session 3.
• All posters will first be presented orally for 2 minutes without discussion and then be open to discussion in the “Brahmszimmer” directly following the oral poster presentations.

All presentations (oral and poster) must be pre-uploaded in the Speakers Ready Room! Speakers are welcome to come to the Speaker Ready Room as early as they like, but must have their presentations pre-uploaded at the latest by:

• Wednesday, 7-11 am for all Wednesday presentations
• Wednesday, 1-7 pm for all Thursday presentations
• Thursday, 7 am – 5 pm for all Friday presentations
